The V-G-R² Loop

Success becomes repeatable when the system survives bad days.

Resilience isn’t a personality trait—it’s a system property.

A simple loop makes it real:

  • Vision: one sentence that makes decisions easier.

  • Goals (max 3): quarterly, meaningful, and measurable.

  • Rituals: starters that work without motivation.

  • Rest: planned recovery so tomorrow can be good again.

7-day implementation (compact)

  • Day 1: Write your one-sentence vision.

  • Day 2: Define three quarterly goals (metric + date).

  • Day 3: Block two daily focus windows.

  • Day 4: Build templates (email/proposal/post).

  • Day 5: Define your off-switch (time + ritual).

  • Day 6: Remove friction (1 tool, 1 meeting, 1 habit).

  • Day 7: Weekly review: What was effective and easy? — double it.

Why it works

The loop reduces friction, increases clarity, and creates momentum without heroics.

That’s how sustainable success compounds.
