From decision to action

🚶 Your next step counts - A decision doesn't change anything - until you set it in motion .

In Next Level Island, Mira makes many decisions. But only when she begins to implement them—with small, courageous steps—does anything truly change.💡 Change doesn't begin with the goal, but with the first step.

📝 Mini-task: Take a step

Ask yourself today:

  • What have I decided recently but not yet implemented?

  • What is one concrete step I can take today or tomorrow ?

Example:

  • Decision: I want to reorient myself professionally

→ Step: I research 3 possible further training courses

  • Decision: I want more time for myself

→ Step: I block out an hour on the weekend just for myself

✍️ Write this step down – and set a fixed time for it.

💬 Impulse from the book:

"You don't need a new life. You need the courage to change your current one—step by step."

🔁 Small actions lead to new thinking

Realize:💡 Motivation doesn't lead to action. Action leads to motivation.

This means that when you set out, your belief in yourself grows automatically.

📖 Do you want to take action instead of just planning?

Next Level Island not only shows you how to find your direction, but also how to really take action – without pressure, but with clarity.

The next post is all about your momentum – how to stay on track, overcome setbacks, and maintain the joy of growth.
