Your recipe for a good mood

☀️ The Joy List – When was the last time you felt truly alive? Light, free, fulfilled—as if your heart were glowing a little bit?

In everyday life, we often lose touch with what truly brings us joy. We function, plan, and accomplish things—but forget to enjoy ourselves.

In Next Level Island , Mira discovers that joy isn't a coincidence. It's a guide. And it begins with a conscious decision: Remember what makes you shine.

✍️ Your task today: Create your personal Joy List

Here's how:

  1. Take 5-10 minutes.

  2. Write down everything that brings you joy – no matter how small.

  3. Goal: at least 10 things that make you happy.

💡 Examples:

  • Walking barefoot across meadows

  • Listen to your favorite song loudly in the car

  • Laugh with someone until you cry

  • Writing, painting, dancing, singing

  • See a sunrise

📌 Extra tip: Use a word like JOY or LOVE and create an anagram list (e.g., J = jogging, O = Grandma's apple pie, Y = yoga by candlelight). It's fun – and stimulates your creativity!

💬 Impulse from the book:

“Joy shows you the way that reason does not know.”

🕊️ Your mini challenge:

Choose 2-3 items from your list and consciously plan them this week. Because joy in life isn't a reward—it's the fuel.
