What's really holding you back?

🌑The shadow box – Sometimes we feel like we want more—more freedom, more self-confidence, more fulfillment. And yet we still tread water. Why?

Often, it's not external circumstances, but our inner beliefs that hold us back. Phrases like:

“I’m not good enough.”

“I’m too old for that.”

“I must not fail.”

In Next Level Island, Mira also encounters her shadow—a figure who speaks all her fears. And therein lies her greatest realization:💡 You are not your fear. You are what you do with it.

📝 Your task today: Recognize shadows & disempower them

1. Write down three sentences that keep holding you back. Pay attention to phrases like:

  • I can't do that because...

  • I'm not the type for...

  • That's not for me...

2. For each sentence, ask yourself these questions:

  • Is this really true?

  • Where does this idea come from?

  • Who would you be without this belief?

3. Formulate a strengthening alternative

  • Instead of: “I’m not creative.”

➤ “My creativity expresses itself in my very own way.”

💬 Impulse from the book:

“The shadow knows your fear – but not your strength.”

🔄 Bonus tip:

Display your new, positive belief in a visible place. Say it out loud every day—yes, even if it feels strange. You're not just training your thoughts, but your entire attitude to life.
