The compass of your decisions

🌟 Your values – Imagine your life is a sailing ship. Your goals change, the winds blow strong, gentle – but what keeps you on course is your inner compass: your values.

In Next Level Island, Mira realizes that not every decision should be influenced by external factors. Kael helps her look within—to what truly defines her. Because when you know what's truly important to you, every step becomes clearer.

💡 Values are not what you think you should believe – but what really moves you.

✍️ Your task today: Find your 5 most important values

1. Read the following (abbreviated) list: Freedom, Growth, Security, Love, Adventure, Honesty, Creativity, Success, Harmony, Compassion, Courage, Ease, Connection, Joy

2. Randomly highlight 10 terms that appeal to you. Then narrow them down to 5. These are your top values.

3. Reflect:

  • Where do I already live these values?

  • Where am I suppressing or neglecting them?

  • What would change if I lived more according to them?

💬 Impulse from the book:

“You don’t need a plan if you know what you want to protect.”

🔑 Small change, big impact:

Choose one of your values and think about how you can consciously live it this week .

e.g.:

  • Value freedom : an evening without obligations just for you

  • Value Connection : a genuine message to someone you care about

  • Value Growth : Trying something new that challenges you

📖 Still looking for what makes you who you are?

Next Level Island accompanies you on your inner journey – with exercises, images and questions that lead you to the core of your identity.
