Part 5: See Possibilities

Some people hear “possibility” and think rose-colored glasses. That’s not it.

Seeing possibility means eyes open + spotting the next step - even with obstacles and headwinds.

Three simple moves

  1. Quick pre-mortem (7 minutes)

Imagine it’s six weeks from now and the project flopped.

Write 5 reasons you can influence. Circle the top 2 and design one counter-move for each.

Example: “Low sign-ups” → sharpen title + line up one partner post.

  1. If/Then anchors (no drama)

    If X happens, then I do Y.

    1. If sign-ups <50 by Tue 4 p.m., then cut scope B and double promo in channel Z.

    2. If the 3 p.m. energy dip hits, then 10-minute walk and shift deep work to mornings.

  1. 10-minute reality check

Ask a trusted person: “What’s the most obvious thing I’m not seeing?”

Capture two points and take one action today.

One-minute practice (now)

Write one If/Then: If ______ happens, then I will ________ next.

That isn’t fear—it’s readiness.

Bottom line: Possibility doesn’t mean the road is always smooth. It means you see the bumps, find the moves, and grow through them.

Grab the bull by the horns.

Most days don’t need more effort. They need a better question. Bad questions close doors: Why is this such a mess? Who’s to blame? Better questions open them: What’s the next useful move? What would m
