Most limits exist only in your mind. Neuroplasticity shows that your brain can rewire itself, build new pathways, and learn – at any age.

Thoughts are like footpaths across a field. Old thoughts = worn-out tracks. New thoughts = fresh paths through the grass. The more often you walk them, the stronger they become.

Replace one limiting thought today with one that helps you grow. Leave the old path behind. Take a step onto a new one.
