BOOK
Gehirnwäsche

How many of your beliefs did you consciously choose?

We take on more than we realize: ideas about what is possible, what success means, whom we trust, what we expect of ourselves, and which limits we consider fixed.

Gehirnwäsche turns an uncomfortable term on its head and makes it an invitation to become more aware of your own thinking — and to take a fresh look at what has long seemed self-evident.

Which ideas are worth holding on to —
and which ones deserve a fresh look?

WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
Much of what we take for granted was never consciously chosen by us.

Beliefs don't develop in a vacuum. Family, school, our surroundings, experiences, media and social expectations shape what we consider true, possible or normal. Over time, many of these ideas become so familiar that we rarely question them anymore.

Gehirnwäsche invites you to take a closer look at exactly that. Not with the intention of questioning everything, but of becoming more aware of which thoughts serve you, which ones limit you — and what you want to make your own.

Perception
What we see also depends on what we are looking for.

Beliefes
What feels self-evident isn't necessarily true.

Decisions
Greater awareness gives us the ability to choose again.

A LOOK INSIDE THE BOOK
Three questions that run through the book.

What are you focusing on?
What we pay attention to shapes what we perceive — and what becomes visible to us in the first place.

Which limits do you treat as facts?
Not every limit that feels real is fixed. Some were adopted, learned or simply never questioned again.

Who shapes what you take for granted?
Our surroundings, experiences and media influence the way we see the world more than we often realize.

Gehirnwäsche isn't here to tell you what to think.
It invites you to look more consciously at why you think what you think.

WHO IS IT FOR?
For people who don't want to rethink everything —
but are willing to reconsider some things.

For those who wonder why certain thoughts can feel so self-evident.

For people who are open to new perspectives without following every new trend.

For those who want to make more conscious choices about what they adopt — and what they don't.

For people who see personal growth as an honest look within rather than constant self-optimization.
